CodeWithPhone Terms of Service

These terms explain what CodeWithPhone provides, how subscriptions work, and the responsibilities of both users and operators.

Service scope

CodeWithPhone provides coding sessions, machine binding, and AI-assisted workflow coordination. Features can change as the product evolves.

Subscription access

Paid access is tied to your verified subscription status. If trial or subscription has expired, paid conversation access is blocked until a valid subscription is restored.

Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed through Apple as auto-renewing plans (e.g., $2.99/month). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for your account activity and for securing your login method. Keep machine access and credentials under your control.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, security attacks, or actions that intentionally disrupt service availability for others.

AI output disclaimer

AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing all code and commands before use.

Availability and changes

We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue features. Planned or unplanned downtime can occur while maintaining the service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation.
